More and More Classes

alhamdulillah, i am getting calls almost everyday for my zumba fitness classes. i am no professional but i try my best to have a fun and cheerful class. i am so happy with different bunch of people in my class. every time after my classes, it just make me happ to see their happy faces... and so am i! it's just like having our own party... zumba fitness has given me the opportunity to share with the ladies that they can exercise with dancing... they won't even feel like exercising... i am so grateful that now i have 3 classes a week. 2 are done after office hour and 1 class on the weekend. i have this great feeling that more classes are coming. or perhaps, i will make like a monthly thing for the public! yesss!! that'll be a great idea.. 

if you read this and wanna try my class - just sms or call me, don't be shy... coz in my class, everyone is supposed to just let go!! you can shout or scream and move your body as you like it to the latin music!

doing good so far! :)

yes... i like, in a way... of my improvement. not as muscular as yet... but i believe getting more toned than before. my achievement so far... in terms of reducing inches? errr... hahahah have not been measuring :p let's talk about other achievement, can?

dec 2012 - received my certification in group fitness.
mar 2013 - attended weight loss specialist workshop
apr 2013 - received my zumba instructor license.

i have been teaching group fitness since feb 2013. thank you to all my colleagues for the support :) insyaallah, i will be teaching more classes elsewhere :)

wow... what happened to me?

i have been quiet right, in this blog... well the reason is, i was ashamed of myself for not working hard enough. but anyhow, things happened around me.. to know more, you are more than welcome to read my personal blog at www.ainkalam.com. somehow, i am quite happy with my progress although it is slow. 

pleased and proud to share with you that i have reduced my thigh size from 23 inches to 20 inches. hmmm i know that was my target before, but now i think i want to reduce another 1 inch :) and tone them more.

exploring yoga

i am not proud of my food intake, but please bear with me, because i am in the changing process.. slowly :( it is somehow difficult for me to write if they are breakfast or lunch or whatever... some posting i will just write number of meals that i take.

Breakfast: Nasi Lemak with fried egg and paru, Teh Tarik kurang manis
Lunch: Garden Salad + Cafe Latte
Dinner: Tuna Pasta

Workout:
60 mins Yoga

i have never done yoga before, so this was my first try out... hmmm i think i can do that... i mean, i don't mind continuing the session :)
dammn!! i need to work on those fat!!

Breakfast: Fried Mee Hoon, Fried Egg, Chili Liver + Less Sugar Tea with Creamer
Lunch: Nachos + Cafe Latte, Dessert Choc Brownies + Ice Cream
Dinner: 1 Fried Chicken + 2 sunny side up egg

Unhealthy!! :'( my most difficult part is to discipline myself on food :(( arrghhhhh.... for dinner, kaiser was there to coach me... so, no playing :P and because i was trembling, i begged for the fried chicken, and kaiser said, 'ok, but no rice!' huwaaaa... :(

Workout:
Cardio: Threadmill 10 mins
Leg Press: 3 sets 8 reps
Leg Curl: 3 sets 10 reps
Bicep: 3 sets 8 reps
Bent Over Row: 3 sets 8 reps
Lower Back: 3 sets 8 reps
Barbell Squat: 3 sets 8 reps
Shoulder Press: 3 sets 8 reps
